SRA - "Working for the Community"

Selsdon is a leafy suburb in the south of Croydon and borders the Green Belt. Residents have easy access to green spaces, great transport links, a high life expectancy and a low crime rate.

This site, run by the SRA, will tell you more about our area, our community, our history and other useful information. Please see About the SRA to find details of who we are, what we do, how you can get involved or how to contact us.  As well as this website we also have a Facebook page Selsdon Residents Association and a monthly printed Gazette The Selsdon Gazette which contains great articles and local stories. We also have local noticeboards around Selsdon containing news of current events.

Council electoral boundary changes

From May 2018 Croydon Council changed the electoral boundaries.  Our existing Selsdon membership is now split over three different Council Wards. For more information on the background, the effect of the changes, a detailed list of roads and the SRA’s response please click here. In summary the SRA will continue to represent the whole of Selsdon and will consult with all relevant Councillors and other neighbouring Residential areas to ensure our combined views are heard.

Easy Fundraising Notice 10/03/20

Please support SELSDON CHRISTMAS LIGHTS by using the Easy fundraising app when shopping online.

The Selsdon Residents’ Association is trying to augment the Christmas lights fund by encouraging you to use the Easyfunding app.

This enables the company from whom you are purchasing online to make a donation (usually a minimum of 1.5% of your bill) to us. Having downloaded the app, you just have to remember to make your purchases through the app rather than going to the seller first. 4000 shops and sites will donate to us when you do your usual online shopping with them - at no extra cost to you!

Please sign up, it's easy and completely FREE!
